Bob is very thorough and meticulous with his inspections. His reports are quite comprehensive, detailed and visual. Also easy to understand. If you want the inspector that gives you the 1 – 2 hr inspection, with a write-up that took a whole 10 minutes to put together……. Bob is not the inspector for your property or your prospective property.

Gemstone was so thorough and the inspection report showed that! My wife and I agreed that I spent as much time studying the report details as Gemstone did on the inspection. The text, pictures, and videos were all very professionally done and showed in detail all of the working and questionable aspects of our future purchase house. It is a great advantage knowing what the state of everything in a house is before you buy it and Gemstone delivered that.

Bob was helpful and informative from initial phone call with me inquiring about the process and information to after the inspection. Information was provided through email and text, and throughout the inspection. We hired Bob for a home inspection we were under contract for. Bob, first of all was one of the only ones to answer his phone or return a call. His website was very easy to navigate, and you could get costs and availability straight from his website. Bob was very thorough and gives a very detailed report (like over 200 pages!) I’d rather have all the issues, including minor, than not! He was on time, stayed late, and the report was generated shortly after he left. Overall we would use him again in the future! Also of note, Bob was the second home inspector at the house in the past 3 weeks, Bob noted way more than the first guy.
